Supervision Agreement
1. Introduction
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the supervision relationship between You as the Supervisor and Alex McClelland as the Supervisee. By signing this agreement, both parties agree to adhere to the terms outlined below.
2. Confidentiality
Confidentiality Commitment: All information shared during supervision sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the supervisee's written consent, except in the following circumstances:- If there is a risk of harm to the supervisee or others.- If there is a legal requirement to disclose information.- If there is suspicion of abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or dependent adult.

3. Scope of Competence
Professional Boundaries: The supervisee agrees to practice within their scope of competence and seek guidance when faced with situations beyond their expertise.

4. Preparation for Sessions
Session Preparation: The supervisee agrees to come prepared for supervision sessions with relevant case notes, questions, and topics for discussion.

5. Cancellation Policy
Notice Requirement: Both parties must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a supervision session. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Emergency Cancellations: In cases of emergency, the supervisor will consider waiving the cancellation fee.

6. Boundaries
Professional Relationship: The relationship between the supervisor and the supervisee is strictly professional. Any form of personal relationship outside the supervision context is not permitted.
Session Conduct: Both parties agree to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during sessions.
Home Office: As the counselling office is on private property, visits to the office will only be when sessions are scheduled or if agreed upon. No visits should happen unannounced.

7. Fees and Payment
Session Fees: The fee for each supervision session is $120. Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include EFTPOS and bank transfer.

Duration: Each supervision session lasts approximately 50 minutes.
Frequency: Sessions will be held at a frequency as agreed upon by both parties. This is subject to change according to the needs of the supervisee.

9. Termination of Supervision
Supervisee's Right to Terminate: The supervisee has the right to terminate supervision at any time. It is encouraged to discuss the decision with the supervisor.
Supervisor's Right to Terminate: The supervisor reserves the right to terminate supervision if it is deemed that the supervisee is not benefiting from the sessions or if the supervisory relationship is no longer effective.

10. Emergency Contact
Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency, the supervisee should contact emergency services or go to the nearest emergency room. The supervisor is not available for emergency support outside of scheduled sessions. However short notice or unscheduled sessions may be made at the discretion of the supervisor.

Between Sessions: Communication between sessions should be limited to scheduling or administrative matters. Supervisory issues should be addressed during sessions. If unscheduled or short notice sessions are needed, please contact the supervisor to arrange this.
